**Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 valid for US Domestic Shipping Orders Only.

Here are the "current business day" estimates we are currently looking at:

Domestic US Shipping Costs:

FREE Shipping in United States for orders over $200.00.

Standard Shipping orders less than $100.00 = $8.99

**Free Shipping excludes Lifeguard Straw Hats.

International Shipping Cost:

Currently, we do ship internationally for an additional shipping and handling cost starting at $10.88 on total shipping costs, depending on the country and region the package is being shipped to.

LOST PACKAGES

If you provided the wrong address we will not be able to help you in any way.

If the address you provided was accurate and the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you didn't receive it the best thing to do is this:

1- Check your local post office
2- ask your neighbors and mailman if they remember seeing it
3- You can e-mail us at aloha@plysalty.com and we will submit a missing mail request.

After 10 days, if the package hasn't been recovered, we will offer store credit for 50% off the value of goods; you can place another order but if it happens again we will not be able to compensate.  Please understand this circumstance is completely out of our control. We often use the United States Postal Service in order to offer a very reasonable shipping service!  Although lost packages are not a common occurrence, you can help this situation by triple checking the address you provide and following up with your local post office ASAP!
