Refund policy
**Swimwear BOGO (Buy One Get One), Only applies to Swimwear from our 2024 Swimwear line and earlier. The sale does not apply to any Pre-Order Items, including any swimwear from the Play Salty 2025 Swimwear line and/or any of the Swimwear from the PLAY SALTY x ELLE Collaboration.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All returns will be processed for either an exchange, store credit, or refund. If you wish to exchange, please email aloha@playsalty.com.

Orders over $100 are eligible for a prepaid return, meaning we will email you a return label at no cost to you. All returns MUST fill out the return form. For orders less than $100 you must follow the below policy:

To start a return, please print and fill out the attached return order form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Prepaid return label MUST be sent within 4 days of receiving it to your email. Any misuse of the prepaid label may cause the package to be sent back to you, and, we will not be able to send a second prepaid label for the same order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1) Print and fill out the Return Form PDF and include it in your return package, within 10 days of receiving your item(s). You are responsible for shipping the item to us following the instructions indicated on the return form!
2) Indicate if you would like an EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, or a REFUND on the form.
3) Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the package.
*Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded
We will e-mail you upon receipt of your items- so please check your e-mail!
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order and have original tags and hygienic lining in place. Any items shipped after 10 days will be sent back at the consumer's expense.
* International returns will have a 20% restocking fee to cover customs charges and taxes

Restocking Fees
A 5% domestic restocking fee will be charged only on returns and exchanges made at the customer’s discretion, not on returns of defective merchandise. We do not charge restocking fees on items damaged in transit or for equally exchanged items. These restocking fees are to cover a fraction of the return shipping label, as well as, the time required to process and restock item(s).
Refunds
